Galantei passed Mali's pups to her, then flew off after Vlad. He saw Vlad, and landed close by. His eyes closed, and in a flash of light and sound, he became a mirror image of Vlad. "Hello Vlad." he said, speaking exactly like him as he padded out of the forest.

"You should be." The earth began to crack. "You should be." He returned to his normal form, spread his wings, and shouted "MAYA!" A lightning bolt, thick as a redwood, came crashing down between Vlad and Galantei. The force was like a nuclear bomb. The ground for miles around was torn by trenches. The ground beneath them began to crumble, pulling them down, Both Galantei and Vlad fell through open space.
 
"No, but you may be afraid of that." The center of the world was below them. They were falling towards it fast. A spurt of lava covered Galantei, and he smiled. Lava spread across his feathers, but didn't burn him. "Afraid of fire, kitty?" he asked, as lava blew up thousands of meters high from the core.
 
Vlad levitated the rocks from the to form a landing. He landed on his feet. "Ha, someone of my power fears nothing"
 
From the core of the planet came Fire. Purple Fire. They traveled completly up the sides of the void. "Purple Fire drains magic from all but it's user." said Galantei, landing on top of the lava. "And I agree. I don't fear anything either." he said, as Vlad's rocks began to melt. Galantei smirked. "This realm is my realm. I am the Gaurdian of the Core. And YOU!" he roared, rocks falling from the sides. "YOU endanger the very core." Purple Fire spread across his body, and he charged across the lava at Vlad.
 
" You powers are mighty but you have much to learn" Vlad smirked as he dropped 3 white marbles into the Lava temporarily cooling it.
