Lakia: The Dark Era

Daru, the aging healer who had helped Mali years ago, happened to be walking nearby on a search for rare herbs with Ranu and Mitar.

Mali saw Daru, and gasped in surprise. She flew down to her. "Daru!"

Ranu and her mate, Mitar, walked over. "Mom, who is this?"

"This is Mali, she was there when you were born." Daru smiled. "Mali, this is my youngest child, Ranu, and her mate, Mitar."

Mali landed swiftly, because she was in Zenobia's army she now looked different, but otherwise that same spark in her eyes was still there. "It is so great to see you again! It's nice to meet you, Ranu and Mitar." Mali dipped her head to the two.

Daru smiled. "It's wonderful to see you again, too." Daru still had her kind smile and gentle eyes, but her previously white fur was now dark grey, because she had been a healer in the Smokewolf's army along with her family.

Jingo sat perched on Zenobia's back, listening intently to their conversation.

She prepared to land extending her back legs

Daru smiled. "It's wonderful to see you again, too." Daru still had her kind smile and gentle eyes, but her previously white fur was now dark grey, because she had been a healer in the Smokewolf's army along with her family.

"I have got to run, I'll see you soon though!" Mali bid farewell to her old friend and her daughter and his mate, and shot off into the sky again, preparing to land beside Zenobia.

Jingo leaped off Zenobia's back a few seconds before she landed, landing lightly on the grass.

"I have got to run, I'll see you soon though!" Mali bid farewell to her old friend and her daughter and his mate, and shot off into the sky again, preparing to land beside Zenobia.
