Lakia: The Dark Era

So is a giant swan, dragons, winged wolves, and magic. Believe me, this is one of th more realistic things there is.
Of which I have one, a winged fox. There has to be some kind of limit to how far you can go, otherwise it'll keep going and going until its so far out that its not even fun anymore.

He growled, and contnued to fly. Soon, an orb of blue light could be seen. Gorgos flew faster, and soon they beheld a massive city carved into the side of a mountain. Above it was a massive sphere of blue fire, casting light across the land, showing mutated plants and odd animals roaming below. He braked, dropping Mali into the city before returning to the search.

Mali hit the ground effortlessly, chuckling. Oh, Gorgos, how stupid you are...

High winds buffeted Aiden as he and Mannex soared above the clouds, keeping to the clearer air. They circled around the cave once, then headed towards the city where Maria had spotted the new empire rising.

Mannex spotted him before Aiden did "Unidentified object heading from the north." He observed.

Aiden looked up, zeroing in on Gorgos "Bank left and decend to 1500 feet, we'll lose him in the thunderstorm over the water." He instructed, leaning to the left and letting himself fall into the clouds slightly below them.

Mannex followed on his tail, keeping an eye on Gorgos as he flew.

Jingo was sitting not far away from Mali, her tawny-red fur blowing in the wind. Her gaze was turned to the sky, but she didn't seem to be looking at Gorgos.
