Aiden met up with Mannex about an hour after the had seperated, and explained what he had learned on the way home. Mannex was impressed, and worried at the same time. "We are going up against... that with our forces. This is a suicide mission!"

"Don't say that." Aiden said harshly, not looking at Mannex.

"What about Kate?" Mannex asked, casting an anxious glance at Aiden.

"I don't know." He shook his head.

A massive salamander moved below them, chasing what looked like awinged deer.

They ignored it.

It swallowed the deer in a single gulp, then sopped, sniffng the ground righ where an entrance to the Rebel's underground tunnels was. It began to dig.

(Tere ar mor than oneentrances. This is a scout hole) It suceded wth a mighty ra, and dove into the tunnels,rushing towards the rebel underground.
