I have a D’uccle bantam hen who we treated for CRD because she was sneezing and congested, she had also been limping a bit. We treated her with Tylan. Treatment was successful as she no longer displays symptoms, but eventually she just stopped using her right leg completely and now just sits all day. I believe she has developed a sore on her leg from sitting so much and I’m not sure how to treat it. She’s been trying to hobble around some, but puts all of her weight on her hock on the hurt leg. She also can’t move her right leg from what I know, and it seems to be stuck bent from her sitting on it. She sits balancing on the hurt leg with her better leg out in front of her, and I included a picture of the way she’s been sitting on it and also how her hurt leg looks below.

We brought her inside and have been giving her plenty of vitamins but she still can’t do anything with her leg. Despite the hurt leg, she still has most of her energy and eats very well. If you have any suggestions or have went through something similar, I could really use some advice on helping her be able to walk again!

I'd clean the leg really well with chlorhexidine, pat it dry, then apply a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment to the wound, then a small square of gauze pad. Wrap with vet wrap.
Keep her on clean dry bedding.

You can also see if she will tolerate being placed in a sling to get her more upright and pressure off the leg. She'll need to be monitored while in the sling.

With the position she stays in, she may be suffering from Marek's disease.
