Lancaster Fancy Fowl Pullets

Just received an order of 4 pullets from Lancaster Fancy Fowl. Nice looking and healthy. Please help me understand this though. I ordered 4 buff Orpingtons, 4 Easter Eggers, and 4 Rhode Island Reds. I got 4 random Pullets; 2 red, 1 black, and 1 white. Clearly not what I ordered. They said they would refund me for what I didn't receive or guilty my order with chicks. I'm not sure why they did this and I can't wrap my head around it, because it all could have been taken care of with a phone call.
