Landscaping mulch

Hey there!
New to chickens and learning as i go. My chickens seems very drawn to a flower bed that we put landscaping mulch on. Like the dyed and treated kind.

I never even thought twice when i first put it down but now that they are scratching around in it so much should i be concerned? Is treated mulch bad for my hens?

My chickens dig in my black dyed mulched beds, they will be fine. I use a plain untreated mulch for my deep litter in the run though.
