Lapsed time between chicks hatching?

I had 18 viable eggs go into the hatcher. 4 have started within the last 12 hours but the rest are pretty quiet. Should I worry? I think there were hot and cold spots in the incubator.

I've had hatches that lasted for four days from first pip to last chick. Patience grasshopper!

Mine did. Four days difference in their ages.

Oh gosh mine never all hatch on the same day - EVER!!!
