Larder Beetles?

Found these in my nesting box. Are these larder beetles? Should I be concerned?

Yes, of the same family as carpet beetles.

I would kick your chickens out of the coop, wear a mask, and spray the coop everywhere with Permethrin spray. Powder would work too. If you have cats, keep them out of the coop until dry. Afterward, for prevention, you can use diatomaceous earth (food grade only) all over as well. Same thing...kick the chickens out, wear a mask, and sprinkle that everywhere. Repeat monthly.

Not sure what it is, lots of different kinds of beetles out there.
Kinda doubt it's even a concern for poultry.
