Just built this brooder and just wanting to double check that I'm not missing anything. Getting 37 babies Tuesday, freshly hatched 
starting them in the small section for a few days then will be removing the partition and puppy pads and adding pine shavings.
Brooder plate is higher on one end than the other and is already plugged in.
I am using those wire panels to cover the whole thing. They just aren't over the prepared section in the picture.
