Large bump on face

I have a Rooster, just under a year old, that had an upper respiratory infection about a month ago. He was treated with antibiotics for 2 weeks and it cleared up BUT he has a large knot on his face that won’t go away. Any ideas what it is and how to treat it?

Likely it's pus in the sinus. You can try pressing it out, but you may need to see a vet to have it lanced and removed. Some folks do it at home. I can't seem to find the one that @casportpony posted photos of lancing a peafowl, hopefully she can help us out.

Warm compresses, flushing with saline, pressing and applying an eye ointment like Terramycin may help you work it out without lancing.
