She is not pure, shhe is a red sexlink, RIRs dont have white feathers and are a dark red

Hatcheries do not have pure RIR just like they do not have pure Ameracaunas. Hatchery birds are not meant for breeding programs - find a local breeder and get some good stock or order some hatching eggs.
