Large hen or a rooster?

Hi guys, I received what I thought was 3 pullets but I have a suspicion one might be a rooster. It's supposed to be an Ameraucana but it's much larger than the previous one I had of that breed so I am skeptical. Not sure about the age estimate but its definitely under a year.

he sure is gonna be a handsome feller, the others look like pullets

He's definitely a cockerel. I believe the other two are pullets
