Large "Lump" on Hen's Chest

I have a chicken with an enlarged crop that is soft. It's actually feels like it's filled with gel, but not hard like the other responses said. She's had it for several weeks now and after massaging it hasn't gone down. I haven't tried the olive oil yet. If she's maintaining weight and acting okay can I assume she's just extra "croppy" and everything is fine?
