Large Mass On Face

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this.

I have a 6 month old pullet that has a huge hard mass on her face between her beek and her eye.

Eye is almost foaming due to watering so bad.

I will try to get pics (if I can figure out how to upload and if she stands still long enough)

Is it under the skin? If so, could be a sinus infection.

Yes it is under the skin. She is eating, drinking and quite lively. Her eye is just watering so bad. Watering from eye is clear does not seem to have any discharge or color or odor. But bump is about the size of the end of pinky finger.
