edselpdx is correct. Hydrogen peroxide should only be used for the initial cleaning of a wound as it will destroy healthy tissue. Rinsing with betadine diluted with warm water, so it looks like tea for a few days and/or rinsing with saline solution will help keep the wound clean. Make sure you dry your bird well.
Keep the chicken in a warm safe place. Make water available at all times. Feed high protein foods. Watch for infection.

I just scrape a little bit of aspirin onto a grape or other yummy treat and offer it about every four hours or so. But then that is for my birds.
Your chicken is using all its energy to heal. She may or may not lay again. My personal experience has been that my injured hens did lay again.
