large red lump found on underside of roo

I found this horrible lump on the underside of my roo tonight. Its not his breast, but more towards his belly. I have pictures to show you. Poor guy...




see his breast is more of the darker grey feathering. so its almost under the rib cage a bit??

Hmm? is there fluid? looks like its rubbed off from perch? I am not sure. can you treat it with antibiotics?
