large tumor-ish thing on neck

We have a 7 month old andulsian hen with a large goiter looking thing potruding from the front left side of her neck. she is bleeding pretty bad. it is hard and has a blister on it. what should i do.

I would get some betadine and scrub it a couple times a day.. Also keep her in a warm dark place so she can recoop and destress.. As far as the bleeding How bad is she bleeding?? Just drops or steady stream.. you really need to get the bleeding stopped either by applying pressure or a bandage...

I havent heard of an iompacted crop bledding or causing a sore .. i am thinking abcess maybe..Any way you can get pics of it .. That would help out greatly....

Did you ever figure out what this was? My chicken seems to have the same thing and I am desperately trying to figure out what it is....
