Large wound in hens back

If she had...say..a broken bloodfeather that bled...perhaps by being bred..the other chickens may have indeed been capable of doin that. Chickens will follow another one around and pick at wounds/blood and a small insignificant wound or broken blood feathers can lead to a cannalbalistic type situation. When u decide to put her back out w/the flock..spray the spot really well with blue more. It camofladges the open wound so the other birds are less likely to pick at her.
