Lash egg?

Hello everyone
I came out this morning to clean the coop out and found this mass inside one of my chicken’s poop. Trying to confirm if it’s a lash egg. None of my chicken have been showing any concerning behavior but still haven’t seen anything like this before. I’m not sure even which one pooped it out.

Yes, it looks like some lash material, which is from salpingitis (inflammation of the oviduct.) Can you cut it open and get another picture of the insides? Do any of the hens seems more sleepy, separating themselves, weak, or holding their tail down? If you can identify the hen, a human calcium tablet with d3 might be good to give orally. It would be good to see some of her droppings to look for any yellow urates or other abnormal dropping. Here is some reading about salpingitis:
