I have two forced air incubators. I'm currently incubating button quail, coturnix quail, and chukar. I read that decreasing the temperature to 98.5 along with increasing your humidity during the last three days will increase your hatch rate. I've never decreased the temperature during the last three days before. Will decreasing the temperature actually increase my hatch rate?

I've noticed that with styrofoam incubators it does seem to help the hatch rate. My other ones I didn't notice any difference lowering it.

Thank you. I wonder why it seems to make a difference in the styrofoam incubators, and not in others. I have a janoel 12 (not my favourite incubator), and a nurture right 360.
