Last call for Penny the Pekin with mystery skin ailment

I think the first one may have started with T - it was milky white, and the second one definitely started with C and was clear.
Knowing what antibiotics she was on will be helpful. And what about the antifungal, what was it?

Other possibilities are a vitamin deficiency, as there are several that can cause dermatitis, and the other possibility is a third mite, the scaly leg mite. Not 100% positive, but I think they can get them anywhere on the body.

The anti-fungal I used is tolnaftate. I did not go the full two weeks - well just skipped yesterday and half of Saturday because it looked worse and I was just unsure if the antifungal could make it worse! Should I resume that? This coming Thursday would be 2 weeks.

I will find out the antibiotics she was on. I'd also been dosing their food with vitamin B complex 1 or 2 times a day for the past several weeks. I just ran out of that a couple days ago and haven't bought more - again because I couldn't see that it made a difference.

They eat Scratch and Peck organic whole grains, which I ferment and add some oats to. I also give them peas and kale everyday, sometimes mealworms, slugs, fresh herbs, and occasionally things like cucumber or melon.

Did the vet prescribe that?

Which one were you using and how much did you use?

Can you take a picture of the label/guaranteed analysis?

@casportpony
I used Duravet Vitamin B complex, which is the only brand offered at my grange, and did the trick for my other duck Puddles when she was having a hard time standing up. Here is the label from my duck food:

@Miss Lydia Regarding the food my ducks are on, it has a lot of what I guess are called the fines - the dusty powdery part, which I assume are all the parts in the ingredients that are not the grains. The problem is that I find all of this part of the food left as sludge at the bottom of their water dish and pool, which makes me think they might not be getting much of it. I have recently considered trying a processed pellet or something instead, to make sure they're getting all the nutrients. I know you fermented, Miss Lydia, could you weigh in on this?
