Last chance for weird hen before I cull

Her head does look abnormal...very long.
Does she have a normal neck, what does she look like stretched out?

Maybe she just has some birth defects. If she can't walk around, doesn't seem like much of a life.
You'll know what to do.

I would say a vitamin deficiency too so definitely try that if you can.

There are things called "star gazing" where chickens with these dificiencies will stare upwards.. maybe it is something like that

When i hold her upside down by the feet, she just keeps her head tucked against her back like she's roosting. The neck feels pretty z shaped, but i can straighten it out seemingly without any pain. And while it seems a little more pronounced than the other marans, I wouldn't say it is remarkably different. Then when I put her down, she just flopped on one side and then got back into her weird crouching position. It's like gravity is just pushing down on her more. I got some liquid vitamins to try.

If it were me I would probably try the vitamins for a couple weeks, and if no improvement I would consider culling.
I would have a lot of trouble deciding this, but sometimes it is for the best if they are going to have a poor quality of life.
You have to follow your gut in these situations...just my personal opinion though.
It might be helpful for you to try and do some physical therapy with her, support her and try and see if she will hold her own weight or use her legs at all...maybe you can help her gain her strength and mobility. It all depends on what you can physically do and how much time you have to spend.
