No, doesn't taste like quail, but kind of has the consistency of fish. The ones I've tried have been pretty good. Rattlesnake has kind of a sweet flavor, python was more mild but still similar in flavor to me.

There are specialty store that sell exotic meats. Around my area we go to a place called Jungle Jim's. They have all kinds of stuff there, and if they don't have it, they will order it.
