Last week my granddaughters were playing with my girls and after, one ended up with a game leg. Limping and not a lot of weight on it. It’s been a week. She is eating and even giving me an egg daily. She can get up the ramp to roost, she sleeps in a nesting box. Is there anything I should do? There are no vets around here. I’m sick with worry

I agree with @theoldchick. She may have an infection, but possibly a broken foot. Do you have any roosters? Roosters will make the hen more stressed during an injury because they are constantly trying to mount them, sometimes making the injury worse. If you have roosters, separate her into a pen without roosters. If she's walking okay and giving you eggs, she'll be fine. Check for cuts and wounds on the feet. If there are none, it might just be a sprain or possibly a break.

If possible, take a video of the way she walks (then upload to YouTube and post the link here). Also take pictures of her feet.

With the proper care, she should be back to normal in no time! Good luck!

She puts very slight weight on it. I have checked her feet several time. I might add she has wheezed since I have had her(6) months and her left eye doesn’t dilate. I’m just sick that I will have to cull her😩😭. I won’t let her suffer much longer. I’ve given her abx. My girls get spoiled and I simply can’t imagine how I could do better!
Thanks so much! I’ll keep checking here!
