I must have his age off, I was watching him tonight and he is definitely getting shiny, pointy hackles. Still no comb or wattles though.

Well, @JedJackson we were both right. They're both cockerels. They both have hackle feathers coming in. Sigh. Oh well, at least it wasn't Flossy with the funky head feathers.
