Late Bloomers?

I have an Ameracuana and a black australorp born 3/15 that are STILL not laying!! What is going on?!

Days are getting shorter so their hormones are conflicted. It's possible they may not lay until after solstice now. My Ameraucana was the last of my girls to lay at almost exactly 11 months

I use lights when the days grow short set to give 13.5 hours per day.
I have some EEs that start laying at 4 months others not until 1 YO (about), from the same hen and roo,,, individuals,,,
Yours are about the same age as my little girls, some are reddening up, and I hope they start soon!

Am waiting on pullets too... 23wo ...3 out of 10 are laying.
A few are looking redder, but pelvic points are still tight.
