Late blooming roo?

This is Melia,

a nine week old RIR, we had assumed Melia was a Pullet, but lately the roos have taken to beating poor Melia up.
Now I'm wondering if Melia is really Miles.

One eight month old (daddy) with 9 hens and three Guineas and a two month old (son)with three same age pullets.

Have two more roos three weeks old with four pullets same age.
We'll be busy and running coop-free range rotations daily.

Poor Melia is missing half her comb and has an injured eye now.
She is clinging to me close today.
