Late hatch?

My one egg is 2 days late. This s my first attempt at incubating and hav lost all other eggs so far. I am so stinkin nervous. I candled it this am because i needed to see it move. It did. How long is too long? I saw another forum about someone else having late hatches and maybe because temp too low. My incuabtor instructions said to keep still air at 99.5 and then i read on a university site to keep at 102.0 degrees to maintin egg temp below the egg turner. What is the right temp. So many questions ...Please help. I want to be a good hen.

Personally, I shoot for right in between whether I am incubating in a still air or in a forced air I like 100.5 or 101 best. Probably your baby is just running a little late - please give us an update when she hatches? We are in real need of baby chick pics on this forum, lol!!
