so one of my pecan ducklings started hatching late Tuesday night he is still not out.. should i be worried? the rest of them started hatching Wednesday morning

That is quite long...is the membrane dry? Is the chick still moving?

I misread the original post, I thought they meant that the first egg hatched on Tuesday..
Not that this was the same egg!
Yes OP, definitely check on the vitality of the chick. Might be stuck!
