late hatchers

I set 14 eggs and Saturday was the the hatch day. 2 were not fertile and 1 had a blood ring. The other 11 was fine on day 18. Only 2 hatched Saturday and 2 today. What can I do for a better hatch rate. The temp was 100 all the way to the end. I have a home made cooler incubator. The humidity stayed at 30 -32 then I turned it up to 65 for the last 3 days. Any suggestion?

How long should I leave them in before I toss them?

Do you have some sort of fan or is it still air. If it is still air maybe the temp isn't even across the eggs.
