If none have pipped, you could candle to see if there are any movements. If there are no internal pipping and no movements you can try the water candle test. I hold mine up to my ear and lightly tap at the air cell. a lot of the time you will get movement or a tap back, even a peep if they have internally pipped.Day 23 on my hatch and nothing. Yesterday they were moving. What should I do?
Glad they are still alive. You should never go into an unpipped shell to try to get a living chick out. (My opinion.) Yes, there's always a chance an overdue chick will not make it but there's an almost positive chance of killing a not ready chick by opening it up. They have to absorb the yolk, and then there's the veins....so as hard as it is, Let nature start the process.
