I have been using this site for a little while but have not introduced myself. Better late than never.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Not entirely new to chickens - I had some previously. I started my current flock about a year ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Chicken math : I just got 27 chicks in the mail this week. If I add that to the 29 I already had that equals 25. right?
(3) What breeds do you have?
Blue Ameraucana, Dominique, Easter Egger, Cream Legbar, Blue Isbar
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Everytime I Google a chicken question I hit on this site.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Organic Gardening
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I currently have 2 teenage boys, two cats, and two dogs. Animals have always been part of my life. In the past I have raised rabbits and raised and shown pygmy goats.
