just wondering if any one has those kind of "days".
a few days ago i sat down to make a few calls to a few hatcherys to add some catalogs to my files, after about the 3rd call i had made i had enough with some rudeness but this takes the cake.
after spelling my first and last name out clearly, giving my street address state and zip code, (i live in kansas) the was a puase , a low sigh and a clearing of a voice...sorry but we don't deliver in to canada..........ok i said but i live in kansas!!!.....to make matters worse i told her that i was canadian and was living in kansas (making a joke of her slip) i asked her if it was ok to ship to a canadian living in kansas....hold on i'll have to ask my boss.......my husband over hearing this call was on the floor laughing so hard.....
