I have a beautiful Lavendar Orpington Roo that fertilized some eggs that my Silver Laced Wyandottes laid! I have had a few that hatched and am so curious how these babies will look when they are older. This is my first attempt at breeding and have no expectations, but wonder if there are others out that that have mixed this breed or similar and what did the offspring produce?

You’ll get black chicks with gold or silver leakage. You may even get some with partial lacing. If you breed the offspring together or back to a lavender chicken, you could get some lavender chicks.
