Lavender Americana

I have a 3 week old Americana and she has an extremely severe cross beak, I noticed it about a week ago and it was not bad at All. I do not know what to do to help her, I am Syringe feeding her every couple of hours and so far she is doing alright. I attempted to cut her beak and file it but the veins seem to be everywhere in her beak. Please let me know what I should do to help her. I do not want to lose her, she is the sweetest one in the flock of 10, coming running to me when I go near her. Such a friendly, loving, kind, thoughtful, caring and just beautiful girl. I love her so much, any tips help

It will likely keep getting worse, there's not much you can do besides extra tlc. But she may not have a normal lifespan. I'm not sure if it's painful or not but I'm sure it's not comfortable
