Last night at the state fair, I ate a sausage sandwich, funnel cake, ice cream sundae = acid indigestion.

There was nothing like the sausage and peppers sandwich you could get at a good fair.

Chile Verde tonight, with rice and beans.

And dare I say it - chow chow.

Ah heck well I have lean ground round
Might add chili or taco roll around soft shells.

Probably tacos with ground beef. Or maybe I'll go straight to a taco salad and crunch up some fried corn tortillas in it. With Catalina dressing. Because I love Catalina dressing in taco salads

I was just happy yesterday to see 80/20 ground beef below $7
