Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
Picked this pullet up a few weeks ago. She's lavender and brown. Not sure what she is exactly. I guess an EE or some sort of Ameraucan mix. At first I thought she was ugly but she's growing on me and I actually like that she's unique looking. I also like her neck and her sideburns or whatever you call them.
She likes to hang out and hide between the bantams. In a few months when she's 3x their size I wonder if she will still do that. Many times she tries to go underneath them. It's quite funny.
