Lavender & Lavender split Silkie eggs

Up for your consideration are as many eggs as they lay between Saturday and next Tuesday. I have 6 pure Lavender hens and 3 buff hens in with a pure Lavender rooster and a dark colored split rooster. I've had my birds for about 4 years now. My birds do have the light eyes as I've never introduced new lines since I got my birds from Deb & Bren several years back. You may even get a non-bearded to show up although all my birds are bearded.

I did go ahead and start collecting on Friday evening. I think I counted 15 or 17 eggs so far not including tonight. I can get up to 7 on a good day. If I recieve payment quick enough I will ship out on Wendsday.

Do all of your birds have light eyes? If not which ones do?

Do the chicks that they throw also have light eyes?

Since I am new to silkies and their genetics is it hard to breed in dark eye color?
