Lavender Olive Egger Rooster

I’m getting a free cockerel this weekend and it’s bred from a lavender americauna rooster and a blue copper Maran hen. My question is what are the dominant genes if I breed this chicken with say my Easter Eggers or the rest of my backyard Mix is there anything I can count on?
I also have another question about a slow feathering hen. Is that a genetic trait?

From what I understand, slow feathering is a genetic trait. Not necessarily a horrible thing, but it will likely pass down to her chicks
