Lavender orp project chicks, what do they look like?

I just did a search and couldn't find much. Could those of you that are working on this project post pics of day olds? I just hatched out my first two and they have white on their wing tips and white on their bellies. Is this right?

Those will either be black or black carrying a lavender gene.

They are split lavender, daddy's lavender project mom's a black orpington from speckledhen. Are they supposed to have that much white on them though? Thanks for the replies guys!!!!
