Lavender Orphington male?

After everything I have learned here, I am almost positive this is a male but i wanted to double check before I rehome him. Sorry these aren’t the best pictures. If I need to I can post more tomorrow but I have someone who wants him and I want to be sure before I let him go. Here are pics of his neck and back/tail. Thank you, as always, for your help!
