Too young to tell for sure, but the comb is pale and small, and that is a good sign.

I’m gonna say pullet too! I have two lavender Orps that are about the same age as yours (week older) and one is definitely going to be a rooster as his comb was more pronounced and growing faster than the other chick and he’s taking FOREVER to feather (still only has some wing feathers and just now getting body feathers)...he’s got a comb and the start of wattles and the other one looks more like your Orp has all but her head feathers in and no sign of a wattle yet. Small sample size, but a good sign!
