Lavender Orpington broodiness

Looking to get a Lavender Orpington this spring… Is her broodiness going to make me lose my mind!?
Are the lavenders less broody than the buffs? I’ve had a buff in the past who I swear was broody ALL SUMMER!

Every individual bird is different. I don't think that their color is going to affect their broodiness. Orpingtons are more likely to go broody than other breeds.

I have a Jubilee and she has NOT laid one egg... she is almost 10 months! I cannot wait for her to lay, but confused why she hasn't?
