I have a lavender Orpington that is seeming to be a roo, still very young, wondering if you all have any thoughts on how to tell or what to look for with this breed?

I, for one, would like some clearer pictures not taken in the light of a red heat lamp.

With most breeds, I look more for wattle development than for comb. Many chicks develop off-sized combs. Very seldom do the young ones develop red-tinted wattles if they're not male. But it's probably too young too tell unless he's really obvious.
