does anyone know where i can find laws for SC??? I have about 30 chickens with about 14 in the bator... right now i only have about 2 or 3 roos and only planning to keep 3 at the most....i live in orangeburg county, not in the city limit....

I am not sure about laws in your area or for SC, sorry. But when you said outside city limits, usually that area is fine!? Most city ordinances only apply to city limit homes. I don't think the state would have an individual law stating any of the sort because your state has farms state wide.

true but where i live there are roos all around but this morning one of those darn school kids told me ( on his way to the bus stop) to shut those ____ birds up.... he doesnt even live near me.. he live about a 1/2 mile down the road ( the bus only has 1 stop on my road).... i was just alittle concern.....

I'm trying to find out the laws myself. Do I have to register my chickens as pets and pay stupid fees? I'm off Cordova rd in orangeburg county, outside city limits
