Laws for New Castle, PA?

I am in the city limits in New Castle, PA and am looking for help in finding out what the laws are for my town. I know of some people in surrounding townships who keep chickens with no problems. I was told that we are allowed to keep them and that they have to be 25 feet from other residences. I'm looking for some clarification on how many birds or whatever else there is to know about keeping them legally!

I have a decent sized fenced lot, just trying to figure this all out. Just got my chicks yesterday! Thanks!

AHHHH!!!! I am hoping to move towards New Castle, and searched the site for info- but that link no longer works? Jamie78- what was the result?
