Hello I have 3 chicks, one is seven weeks older then the other two, the oldest one will be 14 weeks soon and the chicks will be 7 weeks I need to transition the oldest one to layer feed soon but the babies still need to their chick food, so should I mix the food together, if so will the chicks will get too much calcium? I’m kind of lost 😭

Thanks in advance

You can continue to feed chick starter or an all flock feed until they all come into lay, it won't hurt them.

Many people feed all flock period.

Just provide oyster shell free choice.
What do you do when they all start to lay?

You can continue with chick starter or all flock or slowly switch to layer feed.
Whichever you choose, always let them have free choice of crushed oyster shells and granite grit as well.
Do i have to switch to layer feed or can i keep them on all flock?
