The label on my layer feed bag says to feed at the age of 22 weeks. My chickens are 18 weeks old now. Can I feed it to them from now?

Yes you can feed it now.
It is actually better to start feeding them the added calcium a week or two before they start laying eggs.

There is debate on waiting to the 22 wk mark. I don't think there is harm in waiting or starting a few weeks early. I use all flock and waited till the first few eggs then put out oyster shell for all.
