Layer feed

I called around and found this feed mill close by. Would any of you feed experts please read these ingredients and let me know what I need to add or what this is missing it should have. This feed just went up from $11 to $12, which is what I payed today.

Looks to be a complete feed. I also read the same nutrition label at the website. If your chickens like it and production remains good, that'll be the final stamp of approval.
